The Mai Tai cocktail is the father of all tiki cocktails. A drink originally from 1944 that combines the beautiful flavors of orgeat with orange and rum. We added Bols Genever Barrel Aged to give this cocktail a bit more complexity and depth. The Aged Mai Tai is summer if you ask us!

  • 25ml Bols Dry Orange
  • 45ml Bols Barrel Aged Genever
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 5ml Orgeat syrup
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (2:1)

  • Tiki glass
  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Jigger

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tiki glass over crushed ice. ​Garnish with lime shell ​and a mint sprig. ​
