What is a Blue Bird?

A tropical drink with a tropical color. The Jungle Bird cocktail is a popular 70’s cocktail that we have painted blue. Enjoy the beautiful combination of Bols Blue 1575, rum, and pineapple juice with an added splash of herbs from the Galliano L’aperitivo.

How to make a Blue Bird?

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes to fill the large part of the shaker for 2/3 parts. Shake for 10 seconds and fine strain into a pre-chilled rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge and orange peel.
