Lucas Collins

Ingredients:

30 ml Bols Genever 21

30 ml Bols liqueur of choice

10 ml sugar syrup

½ lime (squeezed)

Top up with soda water

Glass:

Long drink glass

Tools:

Bar spoon, jigger, mexican elbow

Method:

Pour the first four ingredients in the glass. Fill up with the cubed ice. Top up with soda water. Using a bar spoon, gently lift the ingredients to combine.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

1.5 units alcohol

Ingredients:

25 ml Bols Genever 21

25 ml Bols liqueur of choice

8 lime triangles

1 bs. cane sugar

Glass:

Rocks glass

Tools:

Bar spoon, jigger, muddler

Method:

Muddle lime triangles and cane sugar in the glass. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and add crushed ice in the mix and churn vigorously. Top up with more crushed ice.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

1.2 units alcohol

Pornstar Martini

Ingredients:

30 mI Passoã

20 ml Bols Vodka

20 ml passionfruit puree

10 ml vanilla syrup

1 lime wedge (squeezed)

Glass:

Martini (Coupe) glass

Tools:

Jigger, shaker, (fine) strainer

Garnish:

Passion fruit

1.2 units alcohol

Virgin Collins

Ingredients:

50 ml Fluère Spiced Cane

10 ml sugar syrup

½ lime (squeezed)

Top up with soda water

Glass:

Long drink glass

Tools:

Bar spoon, jigger

Method:

Pour the first three ingredients in the glass. Fill up with cubed ice and top up with soda water. Using a bar spoon, gently lift up the ingredients.

Garnish:

Lime wheel

Ingredients:

30 ml Fluère raspberry

20 ml Damrak VirGin

8 lime triangles

1 bs. Cane sugar

Glass:

Rocks glass

Tools:

Jigger, bar spoon, muddler

Method:

Muddle lime triangles and cane sugar in the glass. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add more crushed ice in the mix and churn vigorously. Top up with more crushed ice.

Garnish:

Lime wedge

Ingredients:

30 ml passion fruit puree

30 ml pineapple juice

30 ml Damrak VirGin

15 ml Fluère Bitter

10 ml vanilla syrup

1 lime wedge (squeezed)

Glass:

Martini (Coupe) glass.

Tools:

Jigger, shaker, (fine) strainer

Method:

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice in a shaker. Fine strain or strain in a pre-chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish:

Passion fruit
