  • 30ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Egg white
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

作り方

Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify the drink. Add ice cubes and shake again. Strain out in a rocks glass over cubed ice and garnish with a lemon twist.
