The Holland House is a very classic cocktail, more than 100 years old. What better spirit to use than Bols Genever, first distilled in 1664. This cocktail will combine the malty flavours of Bols Genever with the sweet marzipan like flavours of Bols Maraschino liqueur and pineapple juice.

Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain in a pre-chilled coupe martini glass.
