• Crafting cocktails with tea and matcha, with guest speaker Daniel Aknaev, tea guide and experience designer, from Moychay, expert international tea company.

• Building a tea-based cocktail, in partnership with Passoa, the #1 passionfruit liqueur.

• Hands on mixology experimentation with a curated selection of teas.
