  • 50ml Bols Amaretto
  • 30ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 15ml Egg white
  • Dash of angostura bitter

METHOD

Shake all ingredients ​to emulsify the drink. ​Add ice and shake again ​to cool, strain in a rocks glass ​filled with cubed ice. ​Garnish with a lemon twist.​
