Muddle the kiwi in a shaker. Shake all ingredients, except soda water with ice. Strain out in a highball glass over cubed ice. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

You might know the Tom Collins cocktail with gin and soda water. Light, refreshing and a bit sour. Well, we add Bols Kiwi liqueur and fresh kiwi to make it even better! Using Damrak gin adds a nice fresh orange twist to it.
