How can I place an order?
Place your products in your digital shopping basket using the large black button with the text add to the basket. After this, you go through the purchase process by filling in your details and finally paying for your chosen products.

Are you looking for what time your order comes, please check PostNL mail from us with your track & trace. You can check at your account when your order will arrive
Note: in case of heavy traffic it may be that the delivery is delayed. We strive to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.
What is the return procedure?
Can I cancel an order?
An order can be canceled if it has not been shipped yet, if the package has already been shipped the product can be returned. After which you will get your money back.
How is age verified when placing an order?
PostNL is responsible for this and will check at the time of delivery that the recipient is at least 18 years of age or older. The order can also not be delivered to the neighbors because there must be a certainty that the recipient is at least 18 years old or older.
