About the course
This 4,5-day bartending course has been carefully designed to give you the confidence, skills, and knowledge you need to step up to any bartending job you want. The Bols Summer Course is ideal to learn all about bartending and a great jumpstart for your bartending career. The course consists of 4,5 days at the Bols Bartending Academy where you’ll be able to practice skills like professional spirit tasting, cocktail preparation techniques, free pour and speed, and efficiency.
The Bols Bartending Academy follows all rules regarding COVID-19 given by the Dutch government to secure and safeguard your and our safety.
Online Bartending with E-learning
The bartending course is supported by a comprehensive e-learning platform, designed to offer you a complete learning experience. Online bartending e-learning includes your coursebook and interactive modules which you can study at your own pace.
Dutch and English course available
We have two courses available this summer. One Dutch course and one English course, so it's up to you to see what fits you best.
Week 1: 19th of July till the 23rd of July - Dutch course (FULLY BOOKED)
Week 2: 26th of July till the 30th of July - Dutch course
Week 3: 16th of August till the 20th of August - English course
Week 4: 23rd till the 27th August - English course
SVH approved diploma
When you pass all 4 exams on your final day of the course, you will receive an SVH approved diploma which serves as an outstanding qualification on your CV. This diploma is a great start for your international bartending career.
The maximum of students for the Bols Summer Course is 8. So make sure you register on time!

Your instructor: Tyron Francisca
Tyron Francisca is the senior trainer of the Bols Cocktail Academy and the Bols Bartender Community lead. Tyron started his hospitality career in 2007, originally as a bartender and later as bar manager. He has participated in several flair and cocktail competitions. He loves to share his passion for cocktails and bartending and as senior trainer dedicated to take the hospitality industry to a higher level.
