According to legend, Arturo Jaramillo created this drink in 1965 and it went on to become the signature drink for his restaurant. While this Chimayo shares tequila and Bols Crème de Cassis with the El Diablo, it uses apple juice and lemons instead of ginger beer and lime for the rest.
