Here we have a classic drink from the 80’s that might actually have spawned the cocktail renaissance we find ourselves in these days. Dick Bradsell, London’s godfather of the cocktail, came up with this in essence Gin Sour and for a more dramatic effect he added a little Crème de Cassis over the top which resembles the blood running in your veins. We don't know how your blood tastes, but we’re guessing this will taste better.
