Date Night

Date Night

This refreshing twist on a classic sour has been designed to pay hommage to two of the eldest things in the world; dates and Date Night! The Date Night is the perfect balance between the sweetness of the dates and the sourness of lemon juice. The egg white gives it the creamy texture that goes so well with dates!

The Cocktail

Sweet dates have been a popular fruit for centuries. There is even evidence of the cultivation of dates way back in 7000 BC, in what is now known as Western Pakistan. What has made them so popular is their unique sweetness andfullbodied taste. The date palm is dioecious, meaning they can be male and female! Only when Date Night is successful, there will be the sweet and tasteful fruits that we call dates.

Whether you have been married for years, or going on your first date, date nights are always exciting! You wear your best clothes, you go to the best restaurants and you drink the best drinks! Date Night has been designed to fulfil all your expectations on the night you want to be special. Easy to make at home, perfect enjoyed together. All you need is a bottle of Bols Date, lemons, sugar and eggs!

  • Bols Date: 45 ml (1,5oz)

  • Egg White: 45 ml (1,5 oz)
