1 Grapefruit wedge

8 Fresh mint leaves

Top up with Gingerbeer

How to make Pinned Up

Pour all ingredients over fresh mint leaves into a wine glass fill with crushed ice. Squeeze a wedge of grapefruit and stir. 

Garnish: mint sprig.
