The professional courses offer students the opportunity to learn all the basic skills of bartending: speed and efficiency, free-pouring, general drink knowledge, hygiene, responsible serving, hospitality and mixology. After successfully completing the Advanced bartending course, Master bartender or International Bar Management course, the student receives an internationally recognized diploma which he/she can use throughout the world to apply for all-round bartending jobs.
During each course you will have your own bar-station, allowing him to get to grips with every aspect of the
trade in a modern workplace which is fully equipped with a speed-rail, icewell,
beer tap, back-bar and fresh products. Professional courses have up to twelve
participants, and concludes with two written exams, a precision free-pouring test
and a demanding speed round.
